Property layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.
Additionally included in this latest document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing distinct parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the current investigative process.
